The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that took place in the Tillaberi Region in western Niger, which led to deaths among soldiers and injuries.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons.

The Statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the people of Niger, wishing the wounded a swift recovery.
